Job Title: Contracts Manager

Reactive Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in Lisburn. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring the successful delivery of fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review contract details, tender documents, and pre-construction information to ensure accurate project planning.
  • Initiate site mobilization and oversee site setup to ensure a smooth project start.
  • Liaise closely with the project QS and site manager to ensure cost control and quality of work.
  • Manage approved subcontractors to ensure health and safety protocols are adhered to.
  • Monitor live projects for quality of work, cost, and programme implications.
  • Attend project meetings and create regular progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Control and oversee the snag and de-snag of projects to ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Contracts Manager in fit-out projects.
  • Commercial awareness to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
  • Positive attitude to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Good contractual knowledge with JCT & D&B Contracts.
  • Experience with CDM Health & Safety and O&M Manuals.
  • Able to travel to projects once a week.
