Business Development Manager for Animation Content

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage licensing rights for ZeptoLab's hit animation series and other products.
  • Establish partnerships with TV channels, VOD channels, and expand ZeptoLab's video content presence worldwide.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in animation distribution on TV, VOD, and YouTube channels.
  • Strong negotiations and organizational skills.
  • Experience in processing licensing contracts.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a multi-tasking environment.

Primary Duties:

  • Meet financial targets by maximizing business growth with existing partners and bringing in new partners.
  • Manage existing partners, maintaining and strengthening relationships, and expanding business.
  • Research and establish communication with new partners.
  • Pitch existing and new products to partners.
  • Financial evaluation of new deals' terms and contracts.
  • Coordinate team members' activities on research, reporting, and content management.
  • Search for new business opportunities to grow the business.
  • Develop business strategies for YouTube and partners' channels.
