We are recruiting for a Senior Planning Specialist to join our team in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in building/construction and a clear understanding of the construction process from inception to completion of a project.

The Senior Planning Specialist will be responsible for developing and monitoring programme solutions, including tender submissions, construction/target programmes, procurement scheduling, resource/cost allocations, on-site duties, short-term planning, and report development.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, flexible and hybrid working, 33 days annual leave entitlement, generous pension contributions, life assurance, and travel opportunities within mainland UK.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our Head of Planning, Bid Directors, and Project Delivery Teams to contribute to the continued success and growth of our Construction Division.
