Store Director

As a Store Director at Lidl GB, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team in an exciting, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day operations and performance of your store's KPIs, optimising processes and solving problems to keep your store running like clockwork and your team focused on their tasks. You will also be responsible for ensuring excellent Customer Service is given to everyone who shops with us.
Requirements:
Experience leading and developing a team is essential for this role. You will need to have excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills, as well as a pride in offering unmatched support to your customers and your team through every shift. Strong communication skills are also necessary to tackle even the trickiest conversations. You will also need the confidence to monitor, manage and improve your store's key performance indicators.
