Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex supply chain management solutions for our clients and managing site-wide projects for the healthcare industry.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality project and programme management standards across the design and implementation of key accounts.
  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop, implement, and execute delivery plans for projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Monitor task and actions, timelines, status, reports, and budgets to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Lead communications and relationships with clients and their stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided.
  • Budget control - creating budget, sign-off process, monitoring costs structure, and monthly budget control.
  • Solution orientation - identifying and implementing solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • Experience in leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams and management of best practice management techniques.
  • Knowledge of pre and post-contract Project Management responsibilities and ability to deliver this service effectively to Clients.
  • The ability to manage a project throughout its lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
  • Operates as an independent, proactive, motivated self-starter who remains focused on tasks and delivers results in a timely manner.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with global stakeholders, across all levels, as well as external client communications.
  • Excellent MS office + data analytics skills.
  • Someone who has an understanding of warehouse solutions and can apply this knowledge to deliver projects that meet the needs of our clients.
