About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Management Director to join our team at The Dental Design Studio. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dental practice.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. You will be responsible for managing cash transactions, maintaining an excellent service to patients, and providing support and direction to enhance performance, skills, and knowledge of practice staff.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make the step up from a senior nurse or senior receptionist position. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and have the necessary skills and qualifications, we would love to hear from you.

About the Company

The Dental Design Studio provides general and advanced dentistry services across England, with a focus on providing exceptional dentistry of the highest quality. We strive to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our practices, working together in a spirit of harmony and co-operation.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure the smooth, efficient, and compliant running of the practice
* Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records
* Provide and maintain an excellent service to patients
* Support and develop practice staff to enhance performance, skills, and knowledge

Requirements

* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
* Ability to manage cash transactions accurately
* Strong leadership and coaching skills
