About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Care Manager to join our team at Right at Home Leeds East. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our business and delivering exceptional care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to our clients.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our clients and their families.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including CQC requirements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
  • Collaborate with our franchise owner and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives and growth.
Requirements
  • Hold a relevant qualification in social care, such as an NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF Level 5.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a management role within the care industry.
  • Be a driver with access to a car and able to commute daily to our offices.
  • Have a strong understanding of CQC assessment criteria and be able to lead and manage a team to achieve Good and Outstanding scores.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
