Ideal Carehomes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Home Manager to join our team. As a Residential Home Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management and operation of our care homes, ensuring the highest standard of care and service for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the care home, including staff management, occupancy, marketing, and recruitment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and commercial business targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the local community through engagement and outreach initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legislation and regulations.
