Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mental Health Nurse to fill this challenging and rewarding role in our Older Adults Memory Assessment Service. As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of older adults with mental health needs.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide specialist knowledge of dementia treatment strategies and interventions
- Deliver high-quality care to older adults with mental health needs
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve best outcomes
- Mentor and supervise staff and trainees
- Identify and manage risk factors associated with mental health care
Working Conditions
This locum contract offers a competitive hourly rate of £26 per hour. The role involves working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours between 8am and 8pm. Part-time arrangements can be considered.
