Business Development Manager

Carrington West is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Operations Lead to oversee commercial operations across high-impact projects in London, Essex, and Kent.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive commercial start-ups from conception to delivery.
Key responsibilities include managing and developing a regional commercial team, ensuring efficient procurement of materials and services, and overseeing the tendering process.
The successful candidate will be able to maximise project cash flow by preparing valuations, invoicing, and payments, and will also be responsible for identifying and proactively managing project risks and opportunities.
Salary: £92,500 - £102,000 per annum, plus benefits. Location: Watford.
