London, Greater London, United Kingdom North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust Full time
Exemplary Pediatric Care Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Staff Nurse to join our innovative Pediatric Hospital at Home (H@H) service. As part of the North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust, we aim to provide exceptional care to children in the comfort of their own homes.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality nursing care to children with acute nursing needs. Your expertise will enable seamless transitions from hospital to home, ensuring continuity of care and promoting positive health outcomes.

This exciting role presents an opportunity to work closely with Paediatricians, pharmacy colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to develop bespoke care pathways that avoid extended lengths of stay and admission. Your ability to identify patients suitable for H@H and ensure rapid discharge from ED or the ward will be invaluable in achieving our goals.

The H@H service is designed to align with the NHS Long Term Plan's emphasis on providing care closer to home. By working together, we can improve patient safety, reduce unnecessary hospital admissions, and enhance the overall quality of care for children and families.

If you possess excellent clinical nursing skills, effective prioritization and organizational abilities, and strong interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and rewarding opportunity. A competitive salary of £43,041 - £58,161 per annum reflects the importance of this role in delivering high-quality pediatric care to our community.
