SaaS Business Development Lead

We are seeking a talented SaaS Business Development Lead to join our team at Phoenix Global Search. As a key player in our sales strategy, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving growth through strategic partnerships and account development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with a proven track record of success in SaaS sales and a passion for building long-term relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in selling SaaS solutions, particularly within financial systems such as Netsuite, Microsoft, Sage, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders across diverse sectors, including retail, wholesale distribution, and software/high tech.
  • A strong understanding of sales strategy and tactics, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding market share.

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 + bonus, as well as a hybrid work arrangement with two days per week in the office.
