About the role:

As the Head of Product Leadership, you will take the lead in defining the product strategy, vision, and execution of our product portfolio. You will head the product team, directly reporting to the Managing Director, while collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to develop innovative solutions that address market needs. The current product team consists of a product manager, a product owner, and a UX designer, all of whom possess a strong understanding of our customer processes. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our product continues to provide value to customers while aligning with the company's growth strategy. You must be strategic, customer-focused, and skilled at balancing immediate execution with a long-term vision. This position provides a unique opportunity to directly influence the company's direction and success while being actively involved in hands-on product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap
  • Lead the product team, providing guidance and direction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions
  • Ensure product alignment with company growth strategy
  • Balance immediate execution with long-term vision

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of product management experience in a software company, preferably in a small to mid-size SaaS environment
  • Proven experience in leading a product management team and driving cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong background in end-to-end product development, including requirements gathering, prototyping, user testing, and feature rollouts
  • Ability to align product goals with business objectives and pivot quickly based on market changes
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and experience in translating them into successful product features
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems, and making decisions with incomplete information
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to drive decisions, set priorities, and measure outcomes
