Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head English to lead our demand generation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy across all channels, including ABM, email, paid media, content, SEO/SEM, social, events, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a demand generation strategy that drives predictable pipeline growth and expands the existing customer base.
  • Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources effectively across different initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the demand generation team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of marketing automation and other demand generation technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximise pipeline impact.
  • Track, measure, and analyse demand generation performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform the demand generation strategy.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling demand generation programs that deliver measurable results (pipeline growth, lead generation, revenue contribution).
  • Deep understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) principles and best practices. Experience developing and executing successful ABM programs, particularly in the enterprise segment.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS business model, sales cycles, and marketing dynamics. Experience working with SaaS metrics and analytics.
  • Proven experience developing and executing global marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of localization best practices.
  • Significant experience working with channel partners, resellers, and referral programs. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective partner marketing strategies.
