This role provides second-line support to our business operations teams to ensure that our IT systems, infrastructure, and applications operate seamlessly, enabling our staff to perform at their best.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT support, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a cloud-based environment. They will also have excellent communication skills, being able to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in virtual desktop environments (Citrix)
  • Configuring and managing Azure Active Directory, including user setup, group policy editing, and permission management
  • Implementing and managing InTune iOS devices through Company Portal
  • Deploying InTune AutoPilot for HP laptops running Windows 10
  • Providing networking support, including patch cable installation and VPN configuration
  • Assisting with printer hardware support and maintenance
  • Supporting hardware, PC, iPad, and tablet issues
  • Configuring routing and switching protocols
  • Maintaining Windows Server file permissions and creating new user accounts

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in an IT desktop support position. While experience as a second-line support specialist is preferred, we will also consider candidates who have completed first-time fixes at the first-line level and are looking to step into a second-line role. Having experience within the legal sector or another professional services sector would be advantageous, but not essential.
