Key Responsibilities- Deliver accredited leadership workshops for managers at all levels, both in-person and online
- Design and develop new training programs tailored to meet client needs
- Apply diverse training techniques to address various learning styles
- Offer personalized coaching and support to managers
- Experience in a fast-paced HR environment with a deep understanding of HR challenges
- Proven track record in delivering management training to various client groups
- Proficiency in training software and e-learning platforms
- NLP/Coaching certification or MHFA Trainer qualification is a plus, but not essential
