About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join our team at a Special Needs High School for Complex Needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to create a safe and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Students with Complex Needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized behaviour plans
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to achieve student outcomes
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A valid DBS certificate and previous experience working in a school environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality support to students
Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this role is £42,000, depending on experience.
