Job Role: As a Teaching Assistant (Special Needs), you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special needs and promoting their inclusion in mainstream settings. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students with special needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop individualized learning plans.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and carers.

Requirements:
  • GCSEs in Maths and English C or 4 grade and above (or an equivalent).
  • Understanding of alternative provision and dealing with students with special needs.
  • Experience working within an education setting or equivalent.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
