Job Description

The role of Senior Administrator/Office Manager is available at our client in Ferndown, a well-established company supplying and fitting carpets and flooring to both Commercial and Residential customers.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling customer and supplier enquiries, and maintaining health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Answer all incoming calls and respond to customer and supplier enquiries via phone or email.
  • Manage Health & Safety administration, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Maintain a tidy office, free from hazards.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, sub-contractors, and visitors.
  • Undertake Purchase Ledger activities and assist with Sales Ledger in the Accounts Manager's absence.

Requirements:

  • Strong administration skills and ability to support a small team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
