Job Title: A&E General Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated A&E General Nurse to join our team at Diaverum. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality renal services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients undergoing dialysis, ensuring their needs are met and their quality of life is improved.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and reviews of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices in renal care.
Requirements:
  • NMC registration as a General Nurse.
  • Experience working in a renal setting, with a strong understanding of dialysis procedures and patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, with a strong commitment to patient safety and well-being.
