About the Role

We are seeking an experienced NPD Associate to join our team at Page Group. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring delivery against timelines, budgets, and key milestones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of NPD projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget management, and adherence to specifications.
  • Liaise with commercial and marketing teams to gather insights on competitor products, positioning, and pricing to inform market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, graphic designers, and packaging suppliers, to align on cost of goods and ensure synergy with product/project requirements.
  • Plan and analyze consumer research and testing to validate and substantiate data supporting product claims.

Requirements

  • A degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in new product development within medical device, health tech, cosmetic, nutrition, or a similar environment.
  • Effective project management skills with a proven ability to think strategically.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to write and understand technical data & documents, and convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
