You will work closely with all teams becoming an integral part of the logistics team, you will support the launch of NPD, and lead rework/co-packing activities and value-added services with our 3PL partners.

Key responsibilities likely to include.
- Work alongside our NPD team, NA team, Sales, OM, and Supply team by representing operational capabilities to support the successful launch of new products.
- Initiate work instructions requests in Oracle systems
- Complete timings for rework activities, share with commercial and sales
- Work with local suppliers and 3PL partners to source materials and packaging for new products.
- Make recommendations to the 3PL contract manager, identifying these through data analytics across services and costs.
- Work alongside reverse logistics and quality departments supporting
- Support the 3PL contact manager with rework activities, owning the packaging and consumable inventory levels, and purchasing
- Raise POs in coupa for invoices checked by the 3PL manager
- Work with the business and 3PL to support new customer onboarding
- Own all customer supplier manuals, master data, and CSR forms ensuring the 3PLs records are up to date.
- Support the contract manager through data analysis and the sourcing of packaging to reduce unsaleable inventory and warehouse damages.
- Inspection of products to improve service and costs
- Working with quality and customer complaint teams to resolve quality issues

Measures of success
- Successful launch of NPD with trackers and communication
- Management and key metrics for consumable inventory levels
- Rework completed on time to meet forecast
- POs, accruals, and sourcing of packaging supporting CPU
- Delivery of identified projects
- Recommendations to the 3PL contract manager on the initiative identified
