We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer to join our team at Wincanton Logistics. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality training programmes in line with RTITB standards, ensuring professionals receive comprehensive education and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and delivering comprehensive training programmes.
- Evaluating and adjusting training methods as necessary, guaranteeing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Communicating clearly with stakeholders regarding training requirements, fostering open dialogue and collaboration.
- Maintaining accurate and current training documentation, meeting legal requirements and standards.
- Fostering a culture of safety throughout the operation, promoting a proactive approach to health and safety practices.
About You
To be considered for this role, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with developed presentation skills. Previous experience as a Trainer in a similar environment is essential.
