Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Trainer to join our team at Wincanton Logistics. The ideal candidate will ensure that all training standards within designated areas are met and the training process is consistent, adhering to RTITB standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality training programmes in line with RTITB standards.
  • Assessing basic skills of individuals, documenting progress in accordance with site procedures and company policies.
  • Maintaining up-to-date training qualifications and experience, enhancing professional growth and development.
  • Conducting site inductions for new joiners, agency staff, and visitors, aligning with company policy and procedures.
  • Implementing manual handling training for all staff members, emphasizing safety and compliance.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with developed presentation skills. Previous experience as a Trainer in a similar environment is essential.
