Customer Service Ambassador

We are looking for a talented Customer Service Ambassador to join our team in Prestatyn Retail Park. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have high levels of customer service skills, be committed to delivering excellent work with great attention to detail, and be open to and act upon feedback. You will be responsible for serving customers efficiently, keeping the store clean and tidy, monitoring and delivering on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Serve customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points
- Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring that shelves are always stocked with product
- Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations, and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit to store
To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication skills, adaptability to changing situations, and the ability to build positive relationships by being a good listener. You will also need a good level of digital capability and be committed to continually improving your skills and knowledge.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, based on a 20-hour contract. This is an estimate based on the location and job description.
