About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our pharmacy team as a Healthcare Partner. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients while advancing your career and expanding your skillset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participating in all branch processes
  • Building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
  • Assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services
  • Serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. We are also looking for candidates with experience working in a customer-focused environment, a strong understanding of confidentiality, and the ability to handle medications accurately.
