Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of cleaning staff and undertake daily inspections of the site to ensure staff are working productively and safely.
- Work with customer representatives to address any specific requirements or concerns.
- Manage equipment, materials, and stock levels to ensure efficient operations.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Carry out general cleaning duties as needed.
- Control costs to ensure services are delivered within agreed budget.
- Supervise quality control procedures to maintain high standards.
- Conduct team briefings to cascade information to staff.
- Ensure staff present a professional image at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
