Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Aviva. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual to take their career to the next level and work with the UK's leading Insurance, Retirement, and Wealth business.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the wider distribution team to generate sales and meet sales plans
- Build and cultivate relationships with brokers and advisers through high levels of proactivity and outbound calls
- Utilize various communication mediums, including phone, email, webinars, and LinkedIn, to generate leads and identify opportunities
- Manage relationships and self-monitor performance using Business Intelligence tools such as Salesforce and Qlik
- Identify opportunities with advisers to trade and educate them on our propositions and coordinate issue resolution with internal stakeholders
- Starting salary up to £35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary (actual amount depends on performance and Aviva's)
