About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Test Centre Administrator to join our team in Liverpool. As a Test Centre Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our test centre, providing exceptional customer service to candidates, and maintaining the security and integrity of our exams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and check-in candidates, ensuring they have all necessary documentation and understand the exam process.
  • Verify candidate identification documents and explain the exam rules and procedures.
  • Proctor and invigilate candidates during exams, ensuring a secure and fair testing environment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments, such as IT, to resolve any problems that may arise.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and sanitizing the test centre, as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new software and systems.
