Step Teachers are seeking a Classroom Support Professional in Brackley, North London. This role offers an immediate start and the opportunity to work across Early Years and KS1 year groups.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and dedicated individual with experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary School or Nursery. A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification is desirable, as well as SEND experience.

The role of a Classroom Support Professional involves supporting students in the class under the direction of the class teacher, maintaining a tidy and organised classroom, and working effectively with other members of staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students on a whole-class, small-group, and one-to-one basis
  • Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Assisting with lesson planning and delivery
  • Communicating with parents and carers as needed

Requirements: Recent experience working as a Teaching Assistant, a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification, and SEND experience are highly desirable.

Salary: £25-30 per hour, paid weekly through PAYE.
