Job Description:

  • Conduct site safety inspections to identify trends and anomalies.
  • Advise the SH&W Manager on common trends and events to inform local campaigns and improve SHW performance.
  • Evaluate compliance with BMS requirements and carry out internal audits and surveillance activities.

About You:

  • A minimum of a NEBOSH Certificate in occupational safety and health, or equivalent qualification.
  • TechIOSH status or higher.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills.
  • Demonstrable experience of influencing SH&W culture and performance.

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
