About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Sales Administrator to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a key member of our corporate and fleet sales process, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with major corporate clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless post-sale administration processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with corporate clients to provide consistently high levels of customer service
  • Lead all post-sale related administration processes for fleet sales, including client quotations, vehicle registration, and invoicing
  • Liaise with the vehicle preparation centre to ensure vehicles complete a pre-delivery inspection and are valeted
  • Arrange vehicle delivery or collection by the client

Requirements

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Confident IT skills, particularly in MS Excel
