Fleet Operations Coordinator

Fleet Administration Role
The successful candidate will be expected to provide administrative support to the Fleet Management Division at Marshall, ensuring the smooth running of the office.
- Organise travel arrangements, including flights, hotel accommodation, visa applications, car hire, and train tickets.
- Administer meetings and visits, both internally and externally, including conference room bookings, hospitality arrangements, and refreshments.
- Prepare committee, proposal, and bid documentation, ensuring consistent and appropriate style.
- Order stationery and consumables, including photocopier toner.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
- Cover for other administrators/PAs during leave or sickness.
Requirements
- Proven track record in administration.
- Strong organisational, time management, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible and collaborative team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff and external contacts.
- IT skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and confidence in using internet-based applications.
