About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Fleet Management Division as an Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize travel arrangements for UK and overseas trips, including flights, hotel bookings, visa applications, car hire, and train tickets.
- Administer meetings and visits, including conference room bookings, hospitality arrangements, and refreshments.
- Prepare committee, proposal, and bid documentation, ensuring consistency and style.
- Order stationery and consumables, including photocopier toner.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
- Cover for other administrators/PAs during leave or sickness.
Requirements
- Proven track record in administration.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with attention to detail.
- Flexible and collaborative team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- IT skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
