Fleet Management Coordinator

About the Role
The Fleet Management Division at Marshall is seeking an organised and efficient Administrative Support Specialist to provide critical support to the smooth running of the office.
- Organise UK and overseas travel arrangements, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place and flights, hotel accommodation, visa applications, car hire and train tickets are booked and confirmed.
- Administer and organise meetings and visits, both internally and externally, ensuring conference room bookings, hospitality arrangements and refreshments are all taken care of.
- Prepare, format, print and bind committee, proposal and bid documentation, ensuring consistency and style are maintained.
- Procure stationery and consumables, including photocopier toner, to maintain a well-stocked office.
- Complete other ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support the business.
- Cover for other administrators/PAs during leave or sickness, ensuring continuity and minimal disruption to the team.
About You
- Demonstrate a proven track record in administration, with strong organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Show self-motivation, a proactive approach and an excellent level of attention to detail.
- Be a flexible and collaborative team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have IT skills, preferably including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and be confident in using internet-based applications.
