About the Role


The Fleet Management Division at Marshall is seeking an organised and efficient Administrative Support Specialist to provide critical support to the smooth running of the office.



  • Organise UK and overseas travel arrangements, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place and flights, hotel accommodation, visa applications, car hire and train tickets are booked and confirmed.
  • Administer and organise meetings and visits, both internally and externally, ensuring conference room bookings, hospitality arrangements and refreshments are all taken care of.
  • Prepare, format, print and bind committee, proposal and bid documentation, ensuring consistency and style are maintained.
  • Procure stationery and consumables, including photocopier toner, to maintain a well-stocked office.
  • Complete other ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support the business.
  • Cover for other administrators/PAs during leave or sickness, ensuring continuity and minimal disruption to the team.

About You



  • Demonstrate a proven track record in administration, with strong organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Show self-motivation, a proactive approach and an excellent level of attention to detail.
  • Be a flexible and collaborative team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have IT skills, preferably including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and be confident in using internet-based applications.
