About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, bilingual sales professional to grow with our company that values expertise, client focus, and innovation. As a New Build Developer Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our new-build properties to potential clients, particularly those in Mandarin-speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
- Conduct property tours, present features and benefits of new-build properties, and guide clients through the buying process.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, maintaining an active pipeline and driving results through strategic client engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support targeted campaigns for the Mandarin-speaking market.
- Ensure client records and communications are accurately logged and managed in CRM systems.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in property sales, ideally within new build developments.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
