Job Overview

We are excited to invite applications for a Client Care Advisor position at Scarsdale Vets. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, with shifts between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and participate in a 1 in 3 weekend rota with shifts from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to team members as required.
  • Assist clients with queries over the phone and in person.
  • Provide reassurance and empathetic support to clients during their visits.

The estimated salary for this role is £26,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including:
