About Our SEN School
We are a vibrant and inclusive SEN school, providing education and support to children and young people aged 3 to 19 with special educational needs. Our team is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment that promotes social interaction, friendships, and emotional well-being.
Your Role as Learning and Behaviour Support Worker:
- Support students with their daily needs, promoting independence and self-confidence.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans, addressing individual needs and goals.
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, fostering a love of learning and reducing barriers to education.
Requirements and Benefits:
- A genuine passion for working with children and young people, with patience, empathy, and adaptability.
- Desirable experience in SEN, but not essential; we are looking for individuals willing to learn and take on new challenges.
- Competitive daily rate: £83.85 per day

Salary and Location Details:
Bridgend – £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (based on 190 days of work), representing a competitive annual salary range.
