* Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm (Term time only)

* Key Experience Required: Knowledge/experience working with children with Autism (including non-verbal), Learning Difficulties, and ADHD

Key Responsibilities:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant at our Primary school in South Woodford, you will:

* Support children with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and ADHD during class activities.

* Assist with the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for SEN students.

* Provide emotional support and encouragement to children, fostering a positive learning environment.

* Help create engaging and inclusive lesson plans tailored to the needs of SEN children.

* Monitor and assess the progress of students with SEN, providing feedback to the teaching team.
