As a Community Living Support Specialist, you will work closely with individuals, their families, and our multidisciplinary teams to create personalized support plans. Your primary focus will be on empowering individuals to achieve their goals and maintain their independence.

You will have the opportunity to work in various settings, including residential homes, short break services, and community-based environments.

The salary for this role is £12.45 per hour, which reflects the level of experience and expertise required.
