Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized support and assistance to individuals in different settings, including their own homes, residential homes, short break services, or out in the community.
- Help individuals learn new skills, manage daily tasks, and maintain their independence.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support is provided.
