About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Radiographer to join our team at the Heart Centre. As a key member of our Cardiac and Interventional teams, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures.
Main Responsibilities
Provide diagnostic imaging during cardiac procedures, including cardiac catheter x-ray, intra-vascular ultrasound, optical coherence tomography, and laser imaging.
Support Cardiac Catheterisation on-call rota to provide primary percutaneous coronary and interventional radiology services.

Person Specification
Essential
- Current HCPC registration
- BSC Hon or DCR in Diagnostic Radiography
- Cardiac Catheterisation experience
- Evidence of short/specialist courses or experience
- Demonstrable experience in Radiography or equivalent specialist experience
Desirable
- Evidence of postgraduate studies
- PCI experience
- IR suite experience
- Qualified or willing to train to perform intra-venous contrast injections when required
