Career Opportunity:

A UK leader in the FMCG sector is seeking a seasoned Learning & Development professional to drive strategic growth initiatives across its nationwide sites. Reporting directly to the Leadership Team, this key role will play a pivotal part in shaping the organization's talent management agenda.

Key Responsibilities include designing and implementing comprehensive training plans that align with business objectives, collaborating closely with site managers to identify development needs for their teams, and assessing suppliers' quality of materials, delivery, and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing and updating learning materials, measuring training effectiveness, and reporting findings to inform future strategy.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Degree-level qualification in a relevant subject (or equivalent), CIPD certification, and at least 2 years of experience working within the FMCG or Manufacturing sector. Your expertise should be complemented by excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
