Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at WESCO International. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth through the development and execution of sales strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

Estimated Salary: $135,000 - $165,000 per year
