About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our team at Canon EMEA. As a key member of our B2B Marketing Management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate and nurture leads, driving revenue growth for both direct and indirect channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive marketing qualified leads, sales opportunities and wins.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure a smooth lead handoff process.
  • Analyse campaign performance using data analysis and make data-driven decisions to improve future campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Budgeting and performance tracking: accountable for setting the annual Demand Generation budget, securing input from key stakeholders, and ensuring monthly spend is in line with the plan.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with Business Operations, Finance, and Service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to Demand Generation.

About You

You will possess a successful track record in B2B marketing, including demand generation, content, and persona development experience within the Technology sector. You will also have working experience with direct and indirect sales teams, as well as marketing agency environments.
