Job Description

As the Head of Commercial, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company by developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow Domestic & Commercial accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
  • Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships.
  • Supporting sales teams to improve their performance and reach targets.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified with strong commercial and sales management experience.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the building materials, construction or windows & door manufacturing industries.
  • Strong financial & commercial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • A visionary mindset with a clear focus on achieving long-term goals.

This role is based in North London and offers a blend of professional challenges and a high quality of life.

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
