Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing HMO applications under The Housing Act 2004
  • Handling housing complaints and HMO licensing case administration
  • Responding to new enquiries and creating expiry reminder letters for HMOs
  • Verifying payment receipt for HMO renewals
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires a strong understanding of housing regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Work Environment and Benefits:

This is a full-time contract position with an estimated salary range of £38,480 - £58,500 per annum (based on 37 hours/week). The successful candidate will be based in Woking, Surrey.
