  • Respond to client enquiries, providing relevant project information and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an efficient working environment.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Produce layout drawings in AutoCAD for client projects. Training will be provided if required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in document management and project support within a technical or construction environment is advantageous.
