We are seeking a highly skilled Product Governance Manager to join our UK&I Broking business at Howden Group Holdings. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance and governance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of regulatory expectations and requirements related to product governance.
- Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure that our products and services are designed and delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement effective controls and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to business teams on product governance matters.
- Monitor and report on product-related risks and ensure that appropriate mitigants are in place.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, to ensure that our products and services meet their expectations.
- Proven experience in a regulatory compliance role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to product governance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
