Job Title: Band 6 Substance Misuse Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 6 Substance Misuse Nurse to join our team at The Forward Trust. As a key member of our integrated substance misuse team, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of daily treatments and supporting service users in their recovery from drug or alcohol addiction.

About the Role:
  • Deliver clinical and psychosocial interventions at HMP Bronzefield
  • Work as part of an integrated substance misuse team to support service users in their recovery
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of service users
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
